IHG Social Refresh
IHG asked me to bring tone, voice, and personality to their entire portfolio of hotel brands—from Voco to Holiday Inn Express. Each one needed to feel distinct: its own character, its own aesthetic, its own way of showing up on social. But together, they still had to be undeniably IHG. It was part branding exercise, part storytelling challenge, and part identity juggling act. And yeah—it was a lot of fun.
