The Long and Winding Road
My journey to the fun-filled world of advertising has been anything but linear - being the son of a Naval aviator and a CIA spy, I naturally started my career in improv. After mastering the deadly art of 'yes, anding,' I moved to LA and spent the next 16 years acting, writing, and producing for TV (The Lance Krall Show, Free Radio, Last Man Standing, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia), co-founded a TV development company, got a deal at CBS Studios, and somehow ended up here—leading a creative department at one of the most exciting agencies around.
That winding path gave me a unique lens on storytelling, shaping how I find the truth in an idea, make it resonate, and, most importantly, make it memorable. I believe the best creative work comes from breaking a few rules, taking unexpected swings, and knowing when to get out of the way and let great talent do what they do best. I like my ideas bold, my teams collaborative, and my days just structured enough to keep the chaos productive. And so far, that approach has led to work that gets noticed, shared, and talked about.
